Welcome to the website
for Haverfordwest Male Voice Choir
Based
in the County town of beautiful Pembrokeshire, the choir
is one of
the oldest choirs in Wales and has been in existence for more
than
110 years - see History
page for more
details.
The choir consists of
around 55 choristers and performs around
20 concerts per year.The vast majority of these are for charity, but
the
choir is available to hire for private functions, with the proceeds
from
these concerts contributing to the cost of running the choir.

The Choir sings a broad
range of music with around half the
songs sung in Welsh. See Repetoire page

Since 2008 the choir has been Directed by Christine Shewry and our
accompanist is Carys Ann Evans.
The current Chairman is John Evans and our President is Bill Morriss

The choir is always happy to welcome new members,
all you need
is a reasonable voice and a good sense of humour. Practice sessions are
held most Friday nights at St Martin's Church Hall,
Haverfordwest
at 8.00pm. Why not just come along and listen if you are not sure? We

The choir undertakes overseas trips and in the past has visited places
like USA,Canada,Hong Kong and Germany.In addition to this the choir has
sung at venues such as the Millenium Stadium and the Albert Hall.
